HelpMiOut Credits
Credits are prepaid platform value used for eligible HelpMiOut features. Credits are not bank deposits and are not cash balances.
Service-provider fee
The first three completed in-app jobs are promotional and free. After that, eligible providers may be charged 10% of the accepted JMD job price through prepaid Credits, as shown before confirmation.
Seller plans and promotions
Paid seller plans and listing promotions use Credits for the displayed duration and allowance. Promotions improve placement but do not guarantee views, messages, offers, or sales.
Refunds and reversals
Credit adjustments, holds, reversals, or refunds may apply when a feature fails, a transaction is cancelled under applicable rules, fraud is detected, or support approves a correction.
