Verification data
Identity and business verification may include legal name, date of birth, government ID metadata, encrypted document images, liveness material, consent records, review decisions, and audit history.

Information is used to operate features, authenticate accounts, deliver notifications, support users, prevent abuse, investigate safety issues, process verification, maintain accounting records, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Marketplace information is shared with other users only as needed to provide HelpMiOut features. HelpMiOut does not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited information for hosting, email, security, payments, and application operation.
Security and retention
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for service operation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, accounting, and backups.
Your controls
Edit profile data, remove profile media, manage notification devices, change your password, block users, close support tickets, withdraw eligible applications, or request account deletion from inside the app.
