User arrangements
Users are responsible for agreeing scope, price, timing, safety, delivery, and payment terms. HelpMiOut is not the employer, contractor, buyer, seller, courier, validator, or payment guarantor for user arrangements.
Content and listings
Listings, tasks, services, messages, reviews, business updates, and verification information must be accurate and must not mislead, infringe rights, or conceal important risks or defects.
Prohibited conduct
No illegal services, stolen or counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, threats, harassment, discrimination, scams, sexual exploitation, doxxing, spam, account abuse, fake reviews, or deceptive payment evidence.
Safety and enforcement
HelpMiOut may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, reverse platform Credits, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when rules are broken or users are at risk.
Account termination
Users may delete their account in the app. HelpMiOut may restrict or terminate accounts for safety, fraud, legal, or policy reasons.
